From insurance administration to research
Interpreting policies and reviewing records were part of Don’s eighteen years in insurance operations and administration. He also led offices of more than thirty people and reorganized agencies whose procedures and responsibilities had become unclear.
He later founded a care company that he continues to operate. The work involves private client information and service records, with staffing and daily commitments that must be accounted for.
That work required reconciling records when accounts disagreed and establishing procedures people could actually follow. At Atlas, Don applies those habits to a client’s research question and takes responsibility for the document delivered.

Research should leave you with something you can use
A question may need sustained investigation before an answer takes shape. Relevant information can be spread across records and specialist publications, or buried in material the client already holds. Compiling it is only useful if the finished work explains what it establishes.
Atlas brings source research and analysis into the same assignment as presentation. The output may be a dossier to examine closely, a visual map of the reasoning or a guide for someone learning the subject. Its references remain available for review.
That work is available to individuals as well as institutions. A student, an independent learner and an established professional may need different forms of support. The question and intended use determine the scope.

Don is not a lawyer, physician or scientist. Atlas does not provide legal or medical advice, and does not replace an academic supervisor or the author of a work. Those distinctions govern the scope of a project, not just the wording on this site.
Before acceptance, the proposal identifies the source base and deliverable, together with the fee and timing. It also identifies any specialist review the work requires. If the necessary competence or review is unavailable, the project is narrowed, referred or declined.
Client identities and work remain outside Atlas marketing unless the client gives express written permission. The public specimens were prepared from public records, with no client involved.
